How to Use
Coat the applicator and sweep brush from lash base to tips in an upward motion (as you would a mascara). Goes on white. Immediately apply mascara.
Beauty Tip:
Apply GrandePRIMER on one eye first and then immediately follow with your mascara (without moving to the next eye). This prevents the primer from drying and makes for easier application.
